Job Description
• Responsible for ensuring that the Philippines NI sales team achieves their sales target.
• Create and standardize all sales processes, sales operations workflow, sales reporting, tracking and governance.
• Determine sales team recruitment, onboarding and training requirements.
• Supervise sales teams according to HQ assigned order, revenue and margin objectives.
• Apply strategic planning to determine sales team direction, actions, objectives and execution plans.
• Develop and motivate sales team to maximize business performance and growth potential.
• Monitor sales team performance and conduct weekly sales reviews.
• Ensure that sales team's daily activities are updated timely and correctly into CRM which will be implemented soon.
• Ensure that sales team performs strategic account planning.
• Utilize all available external and internal presales, sales and engineering resources to achieve sales goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Established network and track record of past business with C-and- VP level end-user customer contacts in the Philippines market across Telco, Government and Enterprise/Commercial sectors.
- Experience managing sales team in fast growth and high expectation environment.
- Driven and passionate.
- Experience in Philippine ICT market.
