Job Description
- Client Consultant
- Be able to support the Lead Community Manager (LCM)/SBUD and department in leading & managing internal and/or external meetings, presentations, phone interaction, and emails with client partners and internal team divisions;
- Be able to form a professional relationship of trust and collaboration with clients
- Be able to manage client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
- Social Community Content Development & Management:
- Be able to manage and moderate social communities/platforms, including publishing of content - to drive authentic user engagement, community building, generation of leads for database building and/or sales opportunities, and forming a relationship with social influencers.
- Be able to give quality output of strategic and fresh social content ideas and executions from the agreed Big Idea/ Playbook/ Social Strategy as well as contribute in developing community guidelines and FAQs aligned with the brand voice, policies or Social Playbook that will resonate with the brand’s audience.
- Be able to curate and develop creative/compelling copy/content across all social media platforms that reflect brand voice and resonate with each platform’s audience, as well as create and implement engagement tactics.
- Be able to provide accurate and timely information to customer comments/queries to meet agreed service KPIs/Response time. As well as able to make sound judgment calls that align with brand, escalation/crisis, and customer service policies/guidelines.
- Be able to compile and analyze key learnings and create monthly/quarterly reports that include recommendations for optimizing social content performance, presence, growth and engagement.
- Be able to ensure proper management, handling, and security of sensitive customer information and customer data
- Social Community Operations:
- Be able to monitor & manage social content performance by ensuring KPIs are met, as well as submit reports and required deliverables on a timely manner
- Be able to co-sell content plan/ideas to the client and be nimble with builds work-around in dealing with client comments.
- Be able to support/co-lead in briefing colleagues and collaborate on a plan & implementation that will have the best social media solution.
- Be able to support the LCM/ SBUD and department in managing internal and external communications with client partners and internal team divisions and report progress;
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 Years experience in Social Media Management / Community Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or other related course.
- Experience working in a Digital Advertising Agency is highly preferable.
- Must be able to write compelling & engaging copies relevant to target audience
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must have skills in project management and organization.
- Passion for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Technology
- Knowledge and experience for Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms + Tools and their purpose
- Enthusiastic, energetic and positive with a “can do” attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) & Mac Office (Keynote, Numbers, Pages);
