Job Description
As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will manage and oversee the developments of all sales and marketing initiatives of the company, from insighting up to implementation. You will be involved in:
- Marketing campaign execution and conceptualization
- Lead generation and account management of B2B and B2C partners
- Reporting and data-driven analysis
- Campaign and sales pipeline management
- Strategy management and formulation
- Talent acquisition and headcount growth
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in a high-growth startup
- Experience working across the complete marketing mix, lead generation, partnerships, segmentation, business development, and B2B/B2C sales and growth
- Has a growth mindset and can synergize personalities
- Preferably from digital, e-commerce, or transportation startups
