Job Description
As the General Manager, you will be responsible in building the team from ground up and ensuring that developments are aligned with the vision and values of the company. You will be involved in:
- establishment and streamlining of processes across functions including but not limited to sales and marketing, operations, finance, partnerships, human resources, etc.
- decision-making using data and analysis
- lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals
- launch and scale products to achieve operational and revenue devliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in building a team from ground up and establishing key processes
- Has managed and grown large teams across functions (operations, finance, partnership, sales, business development, etc.)
- Has an understanding of B2B and B2C segments
- Has a growth mindset and comfortable in a startup setup
- Preferably has digital, e-commerce, or transportation and logistics background
