Sr. Accounting Supervisor  

PRIMARY FUNCTION

As a Senior Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for producing the company’s financial statements, month-end closing of books and ensuring that transactions have been properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company’s accounting process.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Produce accurate monthly bank reconciliation
2. Produce an accurate lapsing schedule of fixed assets and prepaid expenses
3. Ensure proper recording of the following month-end closing entries
   • bank reconciliation items
   • depreciation
   • revenue accrual
   • expense accrual
   • amortization of prepaid expenses
4. Review AP transactions to ensure proper recording and classification of expenses and proper withholding of taxes
5. Review payroll entries
6. Produce statutory and management financial statements
7. Reconcile intercompany transactions
8. Other tasks as may be required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with high GPA
• CPA is required
• 3-5 years’ experience in bookkeeping, preferably with accounting outsourcing background handling multi-clients
• Must have a strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls requirements and extensive knowledge on taxes and statutory reporting requirements
• 2-3 years’ experience in handling staff
• Preferably with experience using SAP or any Accounting software; advanced Excel skills
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
• Works in a fast-paced environment, and must be detail-oriented
