Digital Media and Analytics Specialist  

The Digital Media and Analytics Specialist is a key member of the team and is the lead in making sure campaigns spread in the most impactful as possible within the target audience. The position is strategic, creative, and analytical all at the same time. We're looking at someone who can take and contribute to an idea; build on it to make it scale; create the plan to let it spread using paid, owned and earned media; execute the plans by working with partners and suppliers, and optimize performance by working with
data and analytics. The individual must be able to think outside the box and understand the dynamics of culture and trends on digital, share them with team members, and apply them on projects and campaigns.

• Excellent understanding of online channel planning, implementation and optimizations
• Understands how digital fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives, providing a basis for measurement, etc.
• Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, niche and B2B sites, online video and everything in between
