Job Description
- In charge of recruitment and onboarding.
- Organizing employee engagement activities like town hall meetings, summer outings, and Christmas party.
- Ensure that employees are properly informed and are complying with company policies. Create performance management methods for the employees
- Create effective training and development programs for employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related courses.
- With good communication skills.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the HR departmen
