Digital Operations Manager | Ortigas  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the requirements of affiliate DAC, in fulfilling the following objectives:

BUSINESS & ORGANIZATION BUILDING

• Report to both BCI management (for administrative matters) and DAC management (for operational matters) in business planning and achievement

• Understand DAC’s industry and its business objectives in the Philippines

• Have good working knowledge about DAC’s services and how it fares against the competition

• Participate in training sessions both locally and in other countries as required

• Assist in overall organizational establishment and growth planning

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Understand DAC’s client business, overall projects, timelines, objectives, and execution

• Educate DAC’s clients on how to best leverage the services of DAC for their business/marketing goal fulfillment

• Build and enrich relationships with DAC’s clients

• Work with a culture of service in fulfilling the client’s requirements

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Participate in hiring and evaluating potential team members

• Manage assigned work team’s load/schedule and encourage working well together in fulfilling client’s objectives

• Mentor assigned work teams to cascade DAC training and personal knowledge

• Understand the teams needs, goals, and challenges and work with

them to come up with the best output

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Fulfill the planning, implementation and optimization requirements of DAC’s clients together with the assigned team

• Understand, meet and exceed business goals in revenue, net income and, productivity, together with the entire team

• Recognize business opportunities and initiate development plans

• Advocate personal and team professional growth, staying abreast

of trends and technologies both here and abroad

• Min of 3-4 years of experience in Digital, specifically social media management

• Min of 3-4 years of client management

• Min of 3-4 years of managing people

• Must have agency experience

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
