Job Description
- Create and maintain an inventory of critical projects and high-priority business development activities
- Organize meetings, conferences, and calls
- Coordinate complex meetings; assist with the design and preparation of presentations
- Prepare expense reports and process credit card reconciliation
- Planning and arranging travel itineraries
- Drafting official correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Schedule and organize monthly senior leadership team meetings
- Consult with leadership to solicit information, provide critical updates, and coordinate priorities
- Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs, creativity, and specific project based knowledge; select appropriate resources and analyze data as required i.e. office management, budget projects, event planning, etc.; develop recommendations for executive approval and project management through completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
