Job Description
- A strategic and creative HR person that will take a lead in:
- Addressing the current and future needs of the organization through the creation and management of a succession plan (from recruiting and retaining talents to employees’ training and development).
- Running programs that promote the core values of the company
- Looking out for best practices that suit the needs of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 8 years experience as an HR person
- Worked in a medium to big companies
- Very knowledgeable in:
- Organizational Development
- Culture-building programs
- All admin functions of HR
- Government rulings and requirements
- Progressive approach to HR and employee engagement
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Work from home set up with occasional on-site reporting (as needed)
