Job Description
- Produce, and deliver research projects as part of our Employer Branding team
- Present research findings to client service team with respect to various employer branding projects
- Work with client representative(s) throughout research phase of our employer branding projects.
- Review and analyse data to develop lead insights related to individual projects
- Implement the perfect blend of qualitative, quantitative and secondary research with regards to our client projects.
- Launch a strategic brand research or market research plan designed to uncover the perceptions the employer brands of our clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from any major but preferably from Economics, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
- A strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods to assist various client projects
- Solid experience with research disciplines to deliver strategic recommendations and develop key insights based on data analysis
- Ideally 1-3 relevant work experience preferable with Employer Branding teams, but not mandatory
- Highly resourceful and able to think outside-the-box
