Job Description
- Manage all marketing functions such as brand marketing, trade marketing, relationship marketing and market oriented business
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products such as promotional campaigns, event, public relation, advertising etc.
- Monitor, review and report on effectiveness of all marketing activities and results
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Manage marketing team as to support the sales team
- Review and analyze monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in marketing at a senior corporate level.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing or equivalent.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and highly flexible on work availability
- Experience of working within a marketing department, advertising, media, communications or PR companies
- Solid background in developing and executing marketing communications plan, brand strategies and brand activation programs
- EXCELLENT COPYWRITING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, able to write content for a range of audiences and sources
- Good sense of creative and design judgment
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
- Can self-manage, prioritize and re-prioritize, working flexibility to ensure business goals are met
- Very good attention to detail, and motivated to produce high quality content and visual presentations
- Results-driven and analytical
- Very organized
- Ready with new ideas, enjoys a challenge
- Works well with people and enjoys making contacts and nurturing relationships
- A good team player, comfortable with responsibility
- Keen to learn, grow and develop
- Can start immediately
- Preferably with background in construction industry
