Job Description
- Responsible for the establishment and improvement of credit risk management system based on our mobile Fintech platform.
- Responsible for the design, tracking, analysis and improvement of anti-fraud and approval credit policy, the development of compliance, operational risk program, support the relevant team to implement credit risk strategy.
- Organize the development and improvement of risk management related documents, including requirements documents, design documents, operating manuals, etc.
- Responsible for communication with technology, credit and collections, products and other personnel (including external partners), to ensure the normal use of risk management system and to optimize the actual operation of risk management system
- Participate in the development of the company's risk control standards, operational procedures, review guidelines, risk management policies and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree and at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in online cash Loan Company or banking/financial related field.
- Understanding the Fintech industry, highlight risk strategy development, data analysis and legal compliance skills, and have a thorough understanding of the Philippine payday loan market.
- Proficiency in various risk assessment and management tools, understanding of the Internet cash loan process.
- Experience in designing risk management policies independently and Fintech industry.
- Strong risk control awareness and crisis management capabilities.
