Job Description

Business Expansion

  • Survey assigned area for potential business
  • Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with client
  • Coordinate with client for additional information for the feasibility study
  • Prepare write-up and costing for presentation and approval of SOO, DCEO, BOD
  • Prepare proposal materials for client presentation, then follow-up approval
  • Prepare contract for the agreement, set a meeting to finalize the agreement.

For operational carparks

  • Monitor the sales revenue
  • Analyze and study the vacancy
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing promo and marketing activities
  • Strategize marketing and promotion activities
  • Make proposals for carpark improvement to BOD

Operations and Facilities departments

  • Coordinate with Senior Operations Officer for the newly opened carpark and for closed sales on monthly parkers
  • Coordinate with Senior Operations Officer for monthly parkers requirements on signag, bollards, etc.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior

Minimum Qualifications

Skill

  • Advance in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have a strong background in security systems and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Testing of equipment, coordination with supplier and client on technical concerns.
  • Basic preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Good working knowledge in marketing development
  • Networking with relevant technical individuals and companies

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Information Technology and systems related course
  • Must have at least one year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansion strategy, product and service innovation and revenue generating management
  • Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Must be analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
