Job Description
- Assist in managing and maintaining 201 files.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information of all employees.
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
- Issues statements and invoices maintaining records.
- Initiate periodical payments timely either by preparing and administering checks or making direct deposits through a bank payment system.
- Prepare and submit reports with a payroll in formation to the supervisor.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have experience/insight from the heavy trucking or logistics industries.
- Must have at least 6 months - 2 years of experience but willing to accept fresh graduates.
- Will be based in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
