Job Description
The Program Manager will be the one to handle the planning, engineering, optimization, implementation and management of either:
- IP Core infrastructure development and expansion projects including IP traffic management
- IP Gateway and Peering infrastructure development and expansion projects
- IP Transport infrastructure development and expansion projects
- IP Access infrastructure development and expansion projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
- Prepare reports for program directors
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager
- Should have CISCO Certification.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
