Job Description
- Leads the BD Department in the following:
- Strategy formulation.
- Market development.
- Site acquisitions - searching and selecting.
- Performs other tasks as required.
- Assesses and ensures quality of team performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business-related course, or marketing
- One year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansion strategy, product and service innovation and revenue generating management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast pace environment.
Skills
- Advance in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
- Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
