Job Description

  • Leads the BD Department in the following:
    • Strategy formulation.
    • Market development.
    • Site acquisitions - searching and selecting.
  • Performs other tasks as required.
  • Assesses and ensures quality of team performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business-related course, or marketing
  • One year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansion strategy, product and service innovation and revenue generating management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast pace environment.

Skills

  • Advance in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
  • Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
