Job Description
- Maintaining employment policies.
- Managing employment tribunal cases.
- Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
- Spear heading company events and activities
- Assist in selection of training programs that meet company requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 2 to 5 years of experinece in Employee Relations
- Background on Training and Development is an advantage
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development and Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- Must have eperience on drafting and issuing disciplinary memos
- Should be knowlegable in Philippine Labor Laws
- Has been exposed to spearheading company events
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- With strog initiative and highly motivated
- Team player but can work under minimal supervision
