Digital Marketing Manager | Analyst  

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Guru to join our client, TV Shop Philippines, an online, Mobile & TV Shopping Channel, to head up their growing digital team!

Summary:

You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, analyzing, optimizing & managing all media campaigns across all digital channels. Including but not limited to: Social Media advertising, Lead generation, database marketing (email, mobile text/video blasts), Website optimization, SEM, SEO, PPC, ecommerce ….

You are able to effectively use data and analytics to understand performance and continually optimize all marketing channels with a focus on ROI .

• Social Media (expertise in Facebook)
  • We have a huge SM budget & are developing some exciting projects directly with Facebook PH so we need an EXPERT in all things Facebook. You also know your stuff with Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & other emerging social media platforms.
  • Developing, implementing, tracking, analyzing, optimizing & reporting on all paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Implementing A/B Testing to establish most effective campaigns.
  • Tracking pixel & website conversion and formulating social media retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyzing Facebook audiences and identifying/creating new target audience with specific profiles for each product.
• Company Website – SEM,SEO, PPC
  • Responsible for developing & implementing web campaigns/strategies: SEM, SEO, PPC, retargeting, LiveChat, Chatbots … of our online shopping website.
  • Accountable for all levels of budgeting, reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate with IT Team on all website development.
• eCommerce – 3rd Party Shopping Sites
  • List, manage & promote our products on 3rd party shopping sites.
  • Monitor & analyze sales/promos, coordinate with logistics team for sufficient stock inventory.
• Mobile and Email Marketing
  • Develop a content plan & strategy to generate traffic and sales from Text/Video Blasts and Email.
  • Plan, schedule & implement text/video blasts and email campaigns.
• Work closely with CRM team to create and maintain effective mailing lists for campaigns.
• Work closely with Creative team to create email newsletters/text & video blasts.

• At least 4 to 5 years relevant experience, 2+ years experience handling a team.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
