Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with and contribute to one of Southeast Asia’s hottest start-up companies. The Lead Generation Specialist helps drive Kalibrr’s sales growth primarily through finding new businesses from various sources.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for producing market qualified leads through various online sources, do
  • Conduct market research to identify sales qualified businesses
  • Drive business interest and attend to inquiries about Kalibrr through emails
  • Responsible for managing leads by tracking and following up on them
  • Hit daily / weekly / monthly KPI targets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Confident, proactive and positive
  • A fast learner who can quickly understand a customer's needs
  • Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
