Job Description

At Kalibrr, we consider our Customer Support Specialists as ambassadors of our brand. They go beyond solving technical concerns, responding to inquiries and fulfilling administrative requests. They interact with both jobseekers and recruiters every day to make sure they are having a great experience on Kalibrr.

What does a Customer Support Specialist do?

  • Receive and resolve inquiries received through our support channels (chat, email & phone)
  • Assist job seekers on using Kalibrr and in their job search
  • Assist recruiters with their technical concerns, using Kalibrr and providing recruitment tips
  • Reviewing jobs on Kalibrr for compliance with job posting guidelines
  • Gathering and categorizing feedback from users

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills in English & Filipino
    • Good spoken English & Filipino
    • Ability to listen and pay attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Problem solving and analysis
  • Highly empathetic
