Job Description
- Test equating and test scores calculating utilizing Kalibrr scoring systems
- Analysis of rater agreement, timing and calibration data
- Analysis of test and item-level results using appropriate methods.
- Item bank maintenance to ensure that item pools meet client needs
- Quality control of tests and test analyses to ensure accuracy
- Proofreading and editing existing assessments on the Kalibrr platform
- Technical documentation related to item and test
- Reporting of test performance
- Compliance of tests with industry standards for security, validity, reliability, fairness and defensibility.
- Analysis, design and research that will contribute to the further enhance/development Kalibrr’s tests
- Development and implementation of policies pertaining to ethics and security
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in statistics or a social science field (e.g., psychology or sociology), RPM is a plus!
- Has strong motivation develop a career in measurement and evaluation
- Quantitative skills and a foundational understanding of measurement theory
- Understanding of item response theory (IRT) and the technical skills required to work on large-scale computer-based scoring systems.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
