Job Description
Client-Facing:
- Research Study: Design and execute, online and offline, employer brand and employee engagement research studies to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing our client employer brands
- Employer Brand Strategy Development: Leverage insights and key data points from research studies to develop employee value propositions and employer brand strategies to serve our clients talent acquisition goals
- Creative Direction: Oversee the design, media (photography/videography) and copywriting to ensure it’s aligned with the defined employer brand strategy and executed at a world-class standard
- Digital Marketing: Create, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various social and online media channels to deliver the targeted reach, engagement and conversion metrics for relevant audiences
- Offline Activations: Design and execute employer branding and recruitment related events to create strengthen awareness, perception and impact between our client brands and target audiences
Internal-Facing:
- Continuously develop and improve the employer brand positioning for Kalibrr
- Drive and constantly improve our global employer branding strategy, working with a lean methodology and a profound use of data and KPIs
- Deliver current initiatives in the areas of: partnership with universities and schools, talent communication (social media, company pages, events, etc.), company reputation, candidate experience
- Define and manage employer branding ambassadors, connecting and engaging all the relevant stakeholders, in the HR team and in the business
- Define a comprehensive and meaningful governance, with clear policies and toolkits
- Innovate employer branding best practices, learning from all the available sources and piloting change as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree with 5+ years’ experience in employer branding/marketing roles, with a proven track record in building and driving the strategy
- Proactive innovator with a strong and positive can do attitude
- Leader able to drive change involving and keeping engaged different stakeholders
- Project manager able to run multiple projects at the same time, with a lean approach
- Independent thinker able to graciously challenge others
- Wellspoken communicator, with possibly international experience
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
