Job Description
As a Recruitment Operations Associate you’ll be supporting the team with client and project management, solving talent gaps, and ensuring high calibre talents for clients locally and internationally. A successful Recruitment Operations Associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks..

Talent Fulfillment
- Qualify & assess client recruitment needs
- Assist in external recruitment by sourcing, short-listing and interviewing candidates
- Manage Kalibrr Talent Search accounts on the platform by maintaining great candidate experience and employer brand
Documentation
- Assist manager in creating requisition performance reports, dashboards, and data management to come up with new strategies and opportunities particularly with recruitment
Client and Project Management
- Collaborate with the clients in solving talent gaps to achieve success in hiring
- Manage and coordinate with clients for progress and improvement of different hiring requisitions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Management, Communications Technology, or any management related course
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Open to fresh graduates
