Allianz Indonesia Management Associate (AIMA) Program is a development program with regular evaluation stages through an experience-based approach, mentoring, and education activities designed by Allianz Indonesia.
Through a 12-month intensive training program, you will be shaped to become a high-performing professional through comprehensive knowledge in various streams while being entitled for an attractive remuneration package.
During the program, you are also given the freedom to innovate with inspiring mentors who will assist your personal and professional development. You will be empowered to become an adaptive talent, have a creative and growth mindset in order to become the future leaders of Allianz Indonesia.

Minimum Qualifications

Have a Bachelor/Master's degree from any kind of major with maximum 2 years of working experience

Have a minimum GPA of 3.00 for bachelor's degree and 3.30 for master's degree

Have excellent oral and written skills in English
