Job Description
- Prepare all PMO meetings' minutes
- Participate to determine and define project scope and objectives
- Help to predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Attending and completing all PMO-related training sessions provided
- Flexible Work From Home

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be an active student from Bina Nusantara University
- Available for at least 1 year
- Have project management in organization and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
