Job Description
As an Operations Associate you’ll be supporting the Operations Manager with the creation and enforcement of company policies and standards managing the day-to-day business. A successful operations associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision making.
See below detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
I. Process and Data Management
- Remain updated with different business units’ processes and workflows to analyze effectiveness and efficiency
- Support business unit leads to proactively identify operational problem
- Create and maintain playbook processes, user manuals and customer journey workflows across each business units
- Assists Operations Manager in creating business performance reports, dashboards, and data management to come up with business strategies
II. Documentation
- Facilitate external requests and document submissions for client accreditation
- Manage bidding documents for government-related projects
- Draft and proofread contracts and legal documents for internal and external purposes
III. Training and Development
- Developing consistent training materials and SOPs
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for Processes and Customer Journey workflows
IV. Talent Fulfillment
- Assist in recruitment and hiring needs
- Coordinate with clients for updates and challenges
- Create reports for visibility on project status
- Conduct interviews as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Management, Communications Technology, Management Engineering or any management related course
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- Open to fresh graduates
