As an Enterprise Partner Junior Associate, you will be actively involved in business development and sales initiatives that will directly impact the company, our clients, and our jobseekers. You will get the opportunity to start building a strong foundation in sales and to experience the different facets of working in a sales team, while assisting in expanding our client base and helping companies achieve their recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the qualification and follow-ups of inquiring potential clients through calls and emails
- Conduct market research to identify potential points of contact for business opportunities focused on top enterprise companies
- Assist in account management of clients under subscription trial service by helping to monitor account performance, check in on activity, and collate account data
- Gain exposure to client meetings by joining online product demos conducted by Enterprise Partner team
- Attend training sessions on sales foundations and best practices for new business acquisition
Minimum Qualifications

- Current college student or recent college graduate
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Strong individual contributor and self-starter but an equally strong team player
- Resourcefulness, organizational skills, critical thinking, and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Preferably open for 6-month duration internship
The entire internship will be on a fully remote work setup. Interns will be expected to have their own laptops/personal computers.
