Who We Are

Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.

As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the Partnership Associate will be heading partnership initiatives and projects to support jobseeker acquisition and potential client attraction.

We’re looking for a team member who has the appetite to try out new things, implement strategies, and look for exciting ways to maximize partnerships for Kalibrr. If you enjoy building relationships with different people and if you love enabling them to see the big picture, we’d very much want to work with you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Optimize partnership to support overall business objectives
• Lead acquisition of relevant partners through client presentations and strategic partnerships and engagements
• Manage partnership projects including website integration, marketing communication plans, event organization, and key stakeholder coordination
• Build positive relationships across internal and external stakeholder based on professional client and account management practices
• Schedule, attend, and organize meetings with partners to keep them abreast about Kalibrr and the partnership agreement
• Provide reports and proposals as needed by existing and potential partners
