Channel Partner Manager

Job Description

  • Plan and execute Partner Strategy – Business Planning, Enablement, Pipeline Creation, Forecasting and Reporting;
  • Act as primary contact and provide partner relationship management for Kalibrr resellers;
  • Assist in partner registration, escalation and business reporting;
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota for channel sales;
  • Build a winning channel sales business by developing attractive programmes for channels;
  • Develop and enable channel sellers on Kalibrr products and offerings;
  • Assist Kalibrr team with closing out opportunities, billing and collections;
  • Act as liaison between finance, sales, customers and vendor partners

Minimum Qualifications

Kalibrr Indonesia is looking for a calibrr talent to develop service and grow relationships with channel partners and drive market expansion for Kalibrr Indonesia. This is a hands-on role which requires outstanding business acumen in developing channel business process and channel business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Kalibrr and the potential of transforming sales organisation and revolutionise recruitment. This role is based in Jakarta and reports to Enterprise Partner Lead, Indonesia.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in channel sales and manager working for a technology or HR consulting company – IT, SaaS, HR solutions;
  • Communication and presentation skills (verbal, written), organizational skills;
  • Established relationships with targeted partners;
  • Established contacts and gain intimate knowledge of current clients and vendors;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Aptitude for and interest in workflow processes and automation;
  • Previous work experience in technology sales is an advantage;
  • Previous work in the Human Resources industry is an advantage
