Kalibrr is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to join the Kalibrr enterprise team and grow platform adoption through new customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into Fortune 1,000 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Kalibrr and the potential that we have to transform organisations through new talents. We’re looking for an inspiring leader who has high-growth B2B SaaS sales experience, can create a performance-driven culture, build a repeatable sales process to deliver results, and coach all levels of sales professionals to develop in their careers. This role is based in Manila and reports to the Country Head, Philippines.

Job Description

Leadership:

  • Lead by example: manage and close our biggest deals yourself. This is an essential part of helping us iterate on a GTM strategy that builds the category and defines us as the category leader
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure Marketing, Customer Success, Business Operations and Product leaders support sales team goals while establishing processes to ensure coordination across the revenue cycle
  • Create a sales team culture that is positive, motivating, and performance-driven
  • Train and assist the sales team in closing complex transactions by teaching best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities
  • Communicate with charisma: this is an evangelical sale, and we are looking for a leader who helps us build a new category

Manage and grow the sales team:

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a growing sales team of junior and experienced professionals

Processes and strategy:

  • Build repeatable training processes that help quickly train and onboard sales team members
  • Own outbound lead generation strategy
  • Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process to successfully achieve the targeted sales objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • At least 2 years of direct sales management experience
  • At least 3 years experience selling business-to-business products/services, preferably with technology-basis
  • Ability to not only "enforce" existing process, but create new process and make improvements if you see fit as you come up to speed
  • Experience leading team members who sell to VP or C level executives – a track record of selling technology or products to human resources is a plus
  • Consistent track record of success against team quotas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - can control a room and command attention
  • An infectiously positive attitude and outlook
