Job Description
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be actively involved in actual sales and marketing projects that will directly impact the company, our clients, and our jobseekers. We will provide you an exciting and challenging experience where you will work and learn constantly as a member of the Kalibrr team. If you want to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing, then you’re exactly the intern we’re looking for!
Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support across the customer acquisition journey
- Drive business interest and attend to inquiries about Kalibrr through chat, email, and phone calls
- Manage sales leads through systematic tracking and follow up
- Assist sales and marketing team in overseeing sales and marketing operations which include tracking KPIs and ensuring quality assurance
- Conduct competitive market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide necessary support across the sales and marketing team as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and metrics-driven environment
- Has foresight and initiative to share ideas and solve problems
- Strong individual contributor but an equally strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have great organizational skills, attention to detail, resourceful, critical thinking, and willingness to learn
- Great writing and communication skills
- Willing to work in Makati
