- Meet and shadow our existing Client Success team to gain an understanding of our mission and objectives.
- Work closely with our Client Success team members to support upcoming customer activities, including new customer launches, Quarterly Business Reviews, renewals, etc.
- Work on projects impacting client reporting, customer presentations, customer research, and sit in on client meetings
- Look at the performance of our clients over time and measure the effectiveness of various cclient-facing initiatives
- Support the Client Success team in day-to-day administrative activities
- Handling support for the team by answering to jobseekers comments via ZenDesk
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess a high degree of empathy towards others
- Highly personable, analytical and creative
- Strongly organized and has a keen eye for details
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
- Experience or Interest in recruitment/HR is preferred but not required
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
