Job Description
Kalibrr's Customer Experience team is dedicated to understanding the constantly changing needs of our job seekers and recruiters. as a CX intern, you will help provide insight and knowledge in key areas.
CX interns will be exposed to these key areas:
- Data gathering for our customer support tools
- Answering queries from job seekers and recruiters
- Data management of our customer feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- Should have completed at least 3rd-year college
- Excel knowledge
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Stellar work ethic
- Willing to work at the Makati office 4-5 days a week (although a part-time opportunity is also open)
- Ready to work asap
