Business Development Manager - Vietnam


Job Description

Your role is to drive the awareness, understanding and adoption of Kalibrr’s products and services among the best and most promising brands in the country. By consistently articulating how our powerful suite of technologies can uniquely solve our clients greatest hiring challenges, ensuring Kalibrr position as the premier recruitment platform in Vietnam.

Market Development

  • Develop outbound sales leads leveraging personal network, social platforms, and networking events
  • Qualify and nurture inbound lead inquiries, understanding needs, delivering presentations, preparing proposals and successfully closing deals
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create relevant digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing campaigns, thought leadership events, and PR/media opportunities to enhance brand awareness and positioning in market

Sales Execution

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition while growing existing business in the country
  • To develop scalable sales processes and procedures that help define the sales playbook for Kalibrr in Vietnam
  • To constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, strategy and planning
  • To own the go to market strategy in terms of new client acquisition

Sales Leadership

  • To directly manage a growing team of Business Development professionals focused on new business development
  • To provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue
  • To grow the team and to constantly build a talent pipeline
  • To encourage high standards and professional ethics
  • To work effectively with cross functional partners

Business Leadership

  • To develop and circulate a set of best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team
  • To listen to the needs of the market and share the learning internally with both the Product and Marketing teams
  • To be proactive about solving problems (even if it’s outside of your area)
  • To be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • To do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
  • To travel to outside offices to learn and develop your own skills as a leader and coach

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales management experience directly managing individual sales reps
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Exposure to high growth sales organizations in SaaS environments and subscription based sales models would be beneficial
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English
