Job Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Kalibrr and help to drive our revenue growth through mutually beneficial partnerships with third party organizations, universities, communities, and media. This job includes:
- Develop the strategies for marketing partnerships to fuel our growth
- Identify key potential partners for joint promotions
- Build and close partnership for both B2B and B2C
- Establish partnerships with universities across Indonesia
- Establish partnerships with Indonesian student organizations within and outside Indonesia
- Establish partnerships with recruitment / HR related divisions of client and new companies for marketing programs
- Managing external job portal data integration
- Resulting in certain quantifiable amount of job board integrations, jobseekers growth and new clients leads all around Indonesia
- Put together proposals to pitch to external parties and manage end to end process to onboard partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from any major but preferably from Economics, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields;
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or in a related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Strong organization and management skills;
- Excellent problemsolving skills;
- Superior project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- A true problem solver who has a passion to make things better.
