Bank and Client Relationship Manager  

• Understand the company’s need for banking services and develop plans to address them
• Identify key staff and/or managers in banks to cultivate sustainable relationships
• Resolve issues and complaints from banking partners quickly and effectively
• Gather necessary requirements for opening corporate bank accounts
• Approach potential banking partners and facilitate opening of accounts with them
• Build a network of reliable key individuals or institutions both inside and outside the country for streamlining delivery of financial services of the company

Bank Relationship will be the primary function, she/he is required to interact with bank managers and personnel for the most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to interact well with the bank officers.

The secondary requirement is that he/she must possess good research skills. The major skills and competencies that employers look for are:

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar roles
