Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining Vendor database.
- Verify vendor profile process.
- Verify payment is tally with invoices.
- Ensure AP maintain high accuracy level of cost posting.
- Generate AP outstanding report.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- Working experience 3 years in accounting field.
- Preferable with Accounts Payable experience in MNC company.
- Good knowledge in Excel.
- Team Player and have the ability to work independently
