Job Description
- Recruitment, initial and ongoing training, and management of customer service team
- Achieve customer service targets by successfully managing the CS team across multiple time zone shifts
- Oversee customer service via email, live chat, SMS, and phone.
- Write customer service manual including FAQ
- Review representative responses and engage in active improvement
- Work with management to design and implement an incentive program
- Work with management to configure and implement a helpdesk platform
- Producing regular helpdesk reports
- Set up conflict management system and guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5 years customer service experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Successful previous experience as a customer service manager in western markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in setting up helpdesk platforms
- Experience in designing and implementing incentive programs
- Extensive experience with conflict resolution and management
