Job Description
- Performs administrative accounting support duties including Managing personal books of accounts (financial records), Recording financial transactions (such as checks written and received), Managing Accounts Payable and Receivables, Reconciling Bank statements, Updating Trial balance, Profit and loss statement and Balance Sheet
- Assist in the preparation, typing &/or recording of a variety of reports, records and documents
- Performing other duties that may be assigned or requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- Must be CPA
- Graduate with honors degree will be an advantage
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and general accepted principles of accounting, Accounting techniques and procedures, and maintaining account balance and reporting on their status
- Administrative skill to monitor financial data and interpret financial policies and procedures
- Required Mathematical skills to maintain and balance accounts, calculate sales tax; verify invoices, receipt, and deposits all funds, and prepare journal entries and balance accounts receivables
- Exposure on asset management, taxation, insurance, general accounting
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge in MS Office Application (specifically Excel)
