Job Description
Staffing and Recruitment - Ensure that the needed manpower supply of the company is met.
- Handles all recruitment and selection activities for all manpower requirements.
- Facilitates all forms of sourcing activities.
- Make reports on recruitment activities
- Handles exit interview process.
Training and Development - Ensures that company’s training needs are identified and met.
- Conducts training needs assessment or identifies areas of improvement by collecting relevant data.
- Design & prepares training format, modules and other learning materials
- Evaluates the effectiveness of these training & applies measures to improve them.
Employee Relations - Ensures that employees are highly motivated and productive.
- Plan and execute motivational employee activities (i.e. outing, team building etc.)
- Ensures that employees have a good working condition, and ensure fair treatment of workers.
- Ensures that all discipline issues and offenses are properly handled and documented.
Compensation and Benefits - Set ups, designs, recommends and implements processes and systems of creative compensation schemes, and overall employee welfare programs and services to maintain an efficient and highly motivated and productive workforce.
- Alignment of job functions and salaries
- Incentive program across the company
Performance Management - Ensures that the company’s HR performance management is responsive to meeting company’s business goals.
- Implement Performance Development Plan program across the organization.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plan program for below performance.
- Established benchmarking/ KPI’s across the organizations.
Organizational Excellence - Ensures that the company adheres to high standard of organizational excellence
- Maintain updated 201 files
- Update policies and procedures relating to HR (i.e. HR Manual)
- Ensure that all employee movement, promotions are documented.
- Develop company’s identity and culture of excellence.
Labor and Legal Compliance - Ensures that the company is compliant to government regulations and reporting.
- Safety Health and Hazard compliance.
- Mandatory contributions are complied.
- Required reports are submitted on time, complete and reliable.
Provides clear directions and general guidance to the HR department in the formulation of basic policies and procedures and ensure that these are translated into action.
Minimum Qualifications
- Can handle extreme pressure
- Must be willing to work on extended hours.
- Should be well-organized and can demonstrate flexibility.
- Able to relate well with various people across the organization
- Proactive and team player
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience handling HR functions
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology,
- Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or EquivalentFull time position available
