Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, anchoring Global Crop Nutrition strategies, to increase brand attractiveness across key market segments.
• Work with sales and agronomy department, develop and agree on yearly Marketing Plan. Follow up and ensure proper implementations according to plan.
• Responsible for managing the over-all marketing and promo budget (marketing campaigns & materials).
• Take the lead in developing pipeline to launch Yara tools and services, and digital channels as part of value proposition.
• Manage suppliers to ensure Yara receives reliable service, cost effective and timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Provide measurement matrix to understand the effectiveness of marketing activities for optimization and continuous improvement in all marketing efforts.
• Be the go-to point for all branding related matter. Ensures all materials used in Yara Philippines are produced and adhere to Yara Branding Guidelines.
• Identify the need and recommendation for market research initiatives to support business strategy formulation.
• Creation (with the Sales Team) of an effective follow up process/system of converting demand creation activities into sales

Business Analysis

• Responsible for the consolidation and management of updated Market Information Data Base (Farmer data base & segments, competitor activities and pricing etc.) on a per territory and national basis.
• Support the sales team in the analysis of product market shares per crop on a per sales territory and national basis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course
• At least 5-7 years experience in Marketing preferably within the agriculture space.
• Able to lead marketing programs from initiation to implementation.
