3D Project Manager  

The 3D Project Manager primary responsibilities include planning and execution of projects, with an expertise in implementing the overall 3D workflows.

They will also be responsible for working effectively with internal teams to flawlessly deliver the client needs, ensuring on time and right the first time for all projects and driving results against established strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals

Primary Focus

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned team;
• Coach and Mentor team;
• Drive Right the first time (RTFT);
• Drive productivity;
• Drive on time delivery;
• Drive lean process within the team;
• Resource planning;
• Assigning work to different shifts, priorities according to urgency and ensure the client expectations are met;
• Smooth execution throughout the project and to ensure that work is delivered against the communication objectives and graphics parameters;
• Analyse clients’ needs and expectations, communicate the client’s needs and expectations to ensure that the team seamlessly meets and satisfies them;
• Deliver training to ensure that the team consistently produces excellent results;
• Provide clear direction and feedback to keep work on budget and within schedule;

Supporting Tasks

• Review and analyse KPI reports measuring productivity, utilization, quality and on-time delivery;
• Ensure workflows and processes are implemented and followed;
• Participate in the CAR investigation;
• Participate in client meetings if needed;
• Participate in client planning sessions and provide project management solutions if needed;
• Grasp every opportunity to develop the business by team working and innovation;
• Create positive work environment within the team;
• Complete any adhoc tasks assigned by site management.

Performance Management

• RTFT Rate according to target;
• RTFT Rate (from production to QC) according to target;
• On-time delivery rate for the team according to target;

• At least 2 years in a team lead role with customer service or client facing experience and who has managed a team of artists;
• Average English communication skills - who are confident and assertive; Conversational level for Asian language(s) / European language(s) is an advantage but not essential.
• Preferably having Hands-on experience in design house or packaging industry.
• Preferably with 3D skills and experience.
