HR Business Partner

As a Human Resource Business Partner, your responsibilities are:

• To ensure compliance with Company policies including those governing disciplinary, attendance, grievance, discrimination, harassment and health and safety regulation requirements.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly for both the business and individual.
• Partner with and coaches front line managers and senior leaders in a dynamic and evolving business.
• Partner with the COE’s: Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams in rolling out global programs and initiatives

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Has 2-5 years related experience specifically in Recruitment and Employee relations;
• Ideally came from manufacturing company;
• Willing to work in Batangas and Cavite
