Job Description
- Gives input to more efficient working applications based on knowledge. Ensures that documentation is versioned and shared on IT file shares and that work follows the defined documentation standard as well as the client’s ITIL standards are followed.
- Responsible for assuring quality in drawing tool software programs of client’s before sending it to the IT team in Denmark.
- Create or maintain registers of known test defects
- Involve in Test Planning, Test case/scenario/script creation, estimation, analyzation and Test Execution Activities.
- Utilize different testing process such as regression testing, positive and negative testing and integration testing in agile environment.
- Participate in UAT (Small, Medium and Large Test coverage)
- Develop testing programs - automated or manual.
- Report issues in the vendor incidents systems and notify the client’s IT consultant and reproduces errors found and provide detailed documentation (e.g. screen prints, step-by-step reproduction instructions) and logged it in bug tracking system/sheet.
- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or mitigate risks
- Test systems modifications to prepare for implementation
- Daily registration of hours spent and remaining work on activities
- Ensures documentation is versioned and kept accessible on common IT file Shares
- Comply with client’s ITIL standards
- Comply with NDK development standards and processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working on agile development teams involved in new product development
- Broad and deep application testing skills
- Strong automation skills and exposure to QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience in testing complex business applications, understanding large complex environments, and knowledge of requirements based testing
- Experience setting up test scenarios
- Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
