Job Description

Client Profile:

mClinica Pte. Ltd. provides mobile technology to the healthcare industry. It offers a mobile technology platform that links pharmaceutical companies to pharmacies and their patients. The company also provides mClinica 360, a cloud-based platform that enables pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and pharmacies to access data and analytics on the market and their customers. It also builds mobile apps for pharmaceutical companies, providers, medical representatives, and patients. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Singapore.

  • To identify new business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, or new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets - and then to go out and exploit those opportunities to bring in more revenues
  • To identify sales leads through cold calls, pitch goods or services to new clients, respond to incoming leads, maintain a good working relationship with new contacts and look for partner opportunities to cross and up sell services.
  • To develop new business opportunities and establish rapid growth within the new market place
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Conceptualization and development of marketing communication materials
  • Writing Reports
  • Providing management feedback on a regular and timely manner
  • Large amount of time will be to do client calls (cold, calls, random emailing, face to face meetings, teleconference, etc.), attending events and networking, participation in exhibitions and conferences.
  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that support brand strategies & customer strategies that deliver on the commitments of profitable top line sales within the assigned business unit, customer & market.
  • To sell additional products or services to existing clients and markets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of four (4) years of working experience, with at least two (2) years of which is in Business Development post.
  • Preferably with background in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical marketplace and industry business challenges, opportunities and policies
  • Great Sales Skills
  • Planning and Strategy Skills
  • Negotiating and project management Skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Combination of strong and strategic, marketing and sales analysis
  • Creative thinker to spot new opportunities
  • Honesty and Integrity are valuable attributes to have, as people are more likely to do business with someone they can trust.
  • Demonstrate strong interest in technology, product development and data
  • Good command of English language
