Finance Controller | Cebu

The client has a reliable name in building sustainable homes for the past 30 years and has sites in key strategic locations all around Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, and Davao. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake aspects of financial management, including but not limited to corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures
• Manage all accounting operations of the company (billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and counsel, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, etc.)
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Strengthen internal controls thru development and documentation of business processes and accounting policies

• At least 10 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance;
• Must have handled minimum of 10FTEs;
• Experience in stabilizing and restructuring finance functions;
• Has hands on exposure in different finance processes especially bank reconciliation and inventory;
• Knowledgeable in different ERPs and various accounting tools;
• Strong and adaptive leadership skills;
• Willing to work in Cebu
