Job Description
- Bridge support between ground staff and area manager responsible for the entire sales performance and daily operations of the branch.
- Establish and maintain active information with customers and guests to ensure total satisfaction.
- Assess Operations Manager in short term/ad hoc/ tactical sales initiative.
- Initiate action plan to achieve sales target and oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day to day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, efficiency of branch employees, employs excellent customer service, secures branch inventories/stocks and ensures its accuracy and develops competencies of branch employees.
- To provide good customer service based on company standard; to handle with sense of urgency all customer queries; and to target zero customer complaints always.
- Responsible for the scheduling of personnel, monitoring of sales, maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness, handling of customer complaints and proper product display.
- Ensure therapists/ quality of treatment meet Company’s standard. Seek assistance from the QC team for therapists’ re-training.
- Submission of Points Summary and confirm with Staff commission entitlement.
- Submission of Customer Count, sales analysis, and mileage report to Operations Manager.
- Lead the team on identifying potential guests for up selling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
- With at least (5) years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Successful previous experience as a branch manager or retail store manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Must have pleasing personality.
