Work with an Australian Brand (Day Shift)

Choose to work between our 23 coworking locations - whatever is close to home so you do not have to commute for long hours. You can choose between locations in BGC, Makati, Quezon City, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, and Alabang. Other locations beyond Metro Manila, such as Cebu, in Cebu IT Park and Clark Global City are also available!

Who are we?

Kaizen Brands is an Australian Company based in Adelaide, South Australia and was created by two founders who have a deep passion for eCommerce and digital brands. Back in 2013, Kaizen brands set out to create digital brands that millenials love and we’ve come a long way since!

We now have two brands, one in the Philippines: Zoey.ph (the most liked jewelry store in the Philippines) and RoyalEssence.com.au, an Australian Home Fragrance, Bath & Body brand that sells to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France and North America (USA & Canada). We have been recognised nationally in Australia for our achievements in the retail space, having been nominated as a finalist for the ORIAS awards as the 2017 AUSTRALIA’S BEST NEW ONLINE RETAILER.

What it’s really like.

An average day at Kaizen Brands will see you performing some, if not all, of these duties:

  • Solving our customer’s issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns through social media, email and web chat.
  • Providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
  • Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Making an impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and being in charge of customer account details.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Documenting practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining accuracy within our inventory system
  • Syncing sale orders and checking backorders on a daily basis
  • Creating purchase orders, receiving stock of raw materials and keeping inventory accurate in a day to day basis.
  • Entering data on Google sheet and inventory system for report generation and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

Good to have

  • Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and live chat.
  • A basic software knowledge, strong Web and Mobile App navigational experience, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
  • Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • A passion for what you do and a drive to improve.
  • A strong drive to complete tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, experience thinking strategically.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service & Admin will be favoured.
