Job Description
- Secure inquiries into bookings
- Understand client’s ideas and budget
- Deliver quotations and address customer concerns
- Organize event details and oversee actual events to make sure customer expectations are met
- Ensure brand standards are carried throughout all events and maintain customer satisfaction by keeping quality service
- Maintain healthy relationships with industry planners, venues and other suppliers
- Provide exceptional customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- A natural talent for relationship building
- Passionate commitment to quality, excellent follow through and high attention to detail
- Has a good understanding of customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Can work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and has strong problem solving skill
- Must have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Flexibility of work hours is important
